These Terms govern wearvermelle.com and TailMind digital products. The Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and License Terms are incorporated into these Terms. Mandatory consumer law prevails over any conflicting provision.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a contract and provide accurate order information. Keep access links and devices secure.

Educational scope and safety

TailMind provides general educational information, not veterinary, medical or individualized professional behavior advice. Results vary and no particular result is guaranteed. Stop unsafe exercises. Aggression, bite risk, suspected pain or sudden behavior change should be assessed by a veterinarian and, where appropriate, a qualified behavior professional.

Orders and payment

Prices are in USD unless Shopify presents another currency. VAT or taxes may be calculated by location. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access is issued. We may correct obvious errors or reject fraudulent, abusive or technically invalid orders.

Immediate digital performance

By selecting immediate access, you expressly request performance to begin and acknowledge the effect on statutory withdrawal rights once delivery starts. Non-conforming digital content remains protected by law.

License and prohibited use

Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one customer and household. You may make reasonable personal downloads and prints. You may not share links, upload files, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, commercially teach from, translate for distribution, remove notices, use content to train an AI system or create a competing derivative product. Automated extraction, access-limit bypass, fraud, impersonation and malicious store interference are prohibited.

Intellectual property

Product text, layouts, graphics, brand assets and methods are owned by or licensed to Vermelle/TailMind. No ownership transfers.

Availability and termination

We may correct files and make reasonable updates. Download and retain your permitted copy. Access may be suspended for material breach, fraud, unauthorized distribution or security risk. After a lawful refund or termination, stop using and sharing the content and delete copies where required.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, unsafe use contrary to instructions, third-party outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies without removing mandatory protections of a consumer’s country of residence. Contact us first with your order number. Consumers may also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority at vvtat.lrv.lt or another competent authority.
