License grant

A completed purchase grants the named buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased TailMind product for personal, non-commercial purposes within one household.

Allowed

• download to your personal devices;
• print reasonable copies for your own training use;
• use the worksheets with dogs in your household; and
• retain a personal archival copy.

Not allowed

• sharing files or access links outside your household;
• uploading to drives, groups, forums, social media or file-sharing services;
• resale, redistribution, sublicensing or inclusion in another product;
• commercial classes, client handouts or professional training use without a separate written license;
• removing watermarks or ownership notices;
• translation or adaptation for distribution;
• bulk extraction, AI-model training or creating a competing derivative product.

Enforcement and termination

Access may be limited or revoked for credible unauthorized distribution, fraud or material license breach. A lawful refund or contract termination ends the license; you must stop use and delete copies where required. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
